Types of Group Vision Options

Voluntary: Vision plans can be on a voluntary platform. If the employer does not want to contribute to the employees monthly premium, the group can select a voluntary plan, which means not all employees have to participate.

100% Employer Paid: This type plan will be lower in monthly premiums, but all eligible employees must participate.
- Most Vision plans will offer eye exams, allotments for eyewear/contact lenses and discounts for laser surgeries.
